How does your ordering work?

We have a very simply ordering system. You have the choice of either registering on the site and then purchasing, or purchasing direct as a guest. When you register as a user we will save your billing and delivery address for future orders. As a guest, you will need to input these details with each order.

Is my personal information secure?

How do I view my past orders?

You may view your past orders by going to your My Account area. You will see the My Orders in the left navigation area which will list all your previous orders.

Can I change my order after it was placed?

Yes. All you have to do is fill out the Contact Us form and we will change your order, please be aware that prices and offers are subject to change.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will recieve email notification which will include your order tracking number.

For orders within Ireland you can use the An Post Tracking page.

For all other international orders you can use the Parcels App page.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Sometimes due to stock issues or pre-orders we will partially ship books in your order. Once we receive stock of the rest of your order we will dispatch these as soon as possible. If you have any queries about your order you can contact us via our Contact Us form.

My order has not arrived?

If you have not received your books yet then there is something wrong. There are many reasons (out of our control) when this can happen. But we are here to make sure you get your books. All you have to do is fill out our Contact Us form and we will figure it out to make sure you receive your books.

How do I return a book?

I can't find the book im looking for?

Have you tried our search engine? Try searching for one of the following: title, author, or ISBN. If you don't see the results you are looking for, then we probably don't have the book listed yet. But that does not mean we cannot get it. Please fill out our Contact Us form and include the details of the book and we will try find it for you.

Can you find a particular book for me?

Yes & maybe. We will glady go scouring the book world to find any rare or obscure book you may be seeking. Unfortunatly some books are impossible (even for us) to get our hands on, but we will try our best. Please use our Contact Us form and include as much information about the book and we will be in touch.

How do your promotions work?

Promotions, such as Bundle Deals, Discounted items, and Bargain Basement, only apply to what are currently listed on BOOKS.IE and are subject to change and availability. Any offers will be confirmed within your basket. Please check your items in your basket before purchase.

How do I update my account information?

You can use your My Account area to update any account information. Please ensure that your account information is updated on a regular basis.
