This gloriously sumptuous large-format book documents three centuries of maritime painting in Cork.

Launching the visual arts programme for Cork’s year as European Capital of Culture, this vast exhibition held at the Crawford Municipal Art Gallery succeeded in reflecting the contemporary art scene in Cork, while encompassing a range of practices sometimes overlooked in more mainstream exhibitions.

The Permanent Collection of Limerick City Gallery of Art contains works representative of developments in Irish painting from the 18th century through to the present day, and includes a wide range of drawings, sculpture and mixed-media works.

This publication on the IACI O'Malley Collection of contemporary Irish art at the University of Limerick features works by 20 of Ireland's best-known artists.
