Since publication of her first collection in 1981, the poems of Lotte Moos have appeared in many anthologies.
She has been recognised as a unique and radical voice. A refugee from Nazi Germany, she came to Britain in 1933 with her husband, the economist and poet Siege Moos, and has lived in North London, Oxford, Durham and for the past 26 years in the East End.
Here, at the age of 83, she is still producing fine lyrical poems and others which proclaim the plight of Britain's new poor and vulnerable.
